A. Home inspections can usually be scheduled within 48 hours.
Q. How long does your home inspection last?
A. Complete home inspections will usually take between 2 and 3 hours. Certain factors like age, size and condition can impact that timing.
Q. Are clients allowed to attend the home inspection?
A. Yes. Clients are welcome and encouraged to attend the home inspection.
Q. When can I expect to receive the home inspection report?
A. My client will receive the report within the same day as the home inspection.
Q. What type of home inspection report is provided?
A. Computer generated reports are provided. They are emailed and can be viewed as a PDF file and printed.
Q. Does your company do inspections outside regular business hours?
A. Yes. These will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. Many variables will come into play for scheduling.
